It was lovely today to see the Year 6 children so excited and enthusiastic about writing their explanation text on the circulatory system. The concentration was great to see – well done, Year 6! You make us so proud!

🐸🐯🦋In Science, Y4HC were learning about how animals can be classified into different groups. Using Venn diagrams, the children grouped animals into different categories. Another brilliant outdoor learning session for our Year 4 pupils! The children started by learning how to identify different trees and how the Anglo Saxons used them to their advantage. The next part was all about survival, and how the Anglo Saxons used different resources to light fires to keep warm. The children used flint and steel to see if they could make sparks! Some of the children managed to light some cotton wool in a shell in preparation for next week. Well done for persevering! 💥🔥🌲 ... See MoreSee Less
