Curriculum Enrichment
At Fairfield Primary School, we believe that it is important for children to be able to apply their classroom learning to new situations. To encourage them to do this, and become more confident in doing so, we are very keen to give our children access to a wide range of trips and activities. Recent activities have included:

- Pupil Ambassadors (Year 5 pupils who work with and visit pupils at other local schools to share ideas and experiences)

- ‘Authorfy’ Creative Writing Club
- LOTS of author visits
- Weekly chess lessons for all children in Years 3, 4 and 5
